第四真祖——是只存在於傳說中的世界最強之吸血鬼。而這位駕馭12眷獸、散播災難的幻之吸血鬼據說在日本出現了。 為了監視並抹殺這位「第四真祖」，政府所屬的獅子王機關決定派遣攻魔師「劍巫」完成任務。而不知為何，被選為監視者的竟是一位見習「劍巫」少女——姬柊雪菜。攜帶著對真祖用最強靈槍的她趕赴妖魔縱橫的魔族特區－人工島「弦神市」，而和她遭遇的「第四真祖」的真實身份卻是……
